We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from TheScientificWay.com. If you are not happy, we offer a refund policy of our services within 5-7 working days as outlined below.
Digital Products:
We offer digital products, including eBooks and online courses, which are delivered electronically and are not eligible for a refund.
Physical Products:
We offer physical products, including books and merchandise, which may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund, minus any shipping and handling fees. The product must be in its original condition, and you must provide proof of purchase. We reserve the right to deny a refund for any product that has been damaged or altered in any way.
To initiate a refund for a physical product, please get in touch with us at hello@thescientificway.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once we receive your returned product, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment, minus any shipping and handling fees.
Cancellation Policy for Services:
We offer services, including coaching and consulting, which may be cancelled by either party with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. If you cancel a service with less than 24 hours' notice, you will not be eligible for a refund.
If we cancel a service for any reason, we will offer a full refund or reschedule the service at a mutually agreed-upon time.
